You, the "Customer" understand that products are hand painted to order. Customer has read and agrees to the shipping terms for the item being ordered.
Please verify that all the information you have provided is correct. Customer understands that he or she is commissioning an individual work of art (no templates are used). Due to the handcrafted nature of the work of art, Customer can expect slight variations in color and designs. Furthermore, “Krystle Kreations” (the "Company") shall not be responsible for the failure of any pottery marker provided to Customer.
While the Company is committed to providing the most reliable product available, the Company recommends Customer purchase an additional marker to guard against failure. It is advisable not to leave the lid off the pens between signatures, I will test markers before sending them out.
The Company provides all goods and materials without any warranty or condition. All implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement of third party rights are hereby disclaimed, except third-party manufacturer's warranties (if any) as to goods or materials provided under this agreement. All sales are final and non-refundable.
In no event shall the company be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the goods and/or materials provided or to be provided hereunder. the company liability for any claims or damages (including actual damages), whether or not in contract or negligence, will be limited to the amount of compensation received by the company for the goods and/or materials made the subject of customers claim.

Krystle Kreations is committed to ensuring your privacy. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Your information will not be used in any other way than to inform you of updates and new products. If you would not like to receive information please just drop us a line and we will gladly remove you from our database.
Payments Options
Paypal of cheque payments only please. Designs will only be created on clearance of funds.
Returns Policy
Every care is taken when Platters are packed. However the platters are fragile and there is a small risk of damage. If a platter arrives broken, please contact us immediately, If there is time to do a replacement we will always try our best to provide one. Efforts will be made to arrange a proof for customers before sending.
It is against our policy to cover the cost of returned items broken or otherwise. The Customer will be responsible for this cost. Krystle Kreations will obtain receipt of postage and items are covered under Royal Mail postage costs. In the event of a breakage in transit, Krystle Kreations will provide customers with the relevant documentation to pursue a claim for compensation.
